Thank you for having Josie’s Paint and Sip at your paint and sip event!

Your kit will include the following

For each guest:

  • An apron

  • A painting brush set - one small, medium, and large brush

  • A paper cup (shared between 2)

  • A paper plate

  • A blank canvas

  • A tabletop easel

The kit will also include:

  • Tarps (1 for every 6 guests)

  • Paint sets

  • Extra plates, cups, brushes

Set up

  1. Spread the tablecloths over your workspace.

  2. Place an easel and an apron at each station.

  3. Place one small, medium and large brush beside each easel.

  4. Place one cup between two station, and half fill it with water. We recommend limiting the amount of cups because our guests, no matter what you do, will accidentally dip their paintbrush in their wine, or pick up that cup and take a sip!

  5. Set up a paint station, placing all the paints out together. Grab the paper plates, and place a splot of each colour paint based on your painting. If you’re using black, only use a tiny dot - a little goes a long way!

  6. Put a canvas on each easel and paint away!

Packup

  1. Collect all of the used paper plates and cups and throw them away.

  2. Clean all of the used paint brushes

  3. Collect all of the aprons, it’s easy to accidentally forget to them off.

  4. Grab the easels, tablecloths, and other accessories provided and put them back in their suitcase.

  5. Admire your beautiful creations!
